Brooke Ford

Founder and President

Brooke is a commercial realtor at SVN | Matthews Group with a specialty in office and medical investment properties. She works with small business owners in the community on leasing and purchasing, and investors looking to expand their portfolio. Brooke started her career in the Southlake and Grapevine communities and has expanded into Colleyville, Keller, and North Richland Hills.

Still having a Detroit area code, Brooke stays true to her Midwestern roots. She is originally from Michigan and frequently goes back to visit family. Her Alma Mater is The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) where she graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics. Prior to joining SVN | Matthews Group, Brooke spent five years as a design and manufacturing engineer in the automotive sector.

As an active member in the community, Brooke founded and is currently President of the Southlake Chamber Young Professionals. One of her core values is giving back, which is why once a quarter the group volunteers in the community. Brooke is also part of the Southlake Leadership Class for the 2022-2023 year.

In her leisure time, you can find her playing tennis, enjoying a cup of coffee, or traveling.

Ally Gilpin

Director of Marketing

Ally Gilpin is a dedicated legal professional with a passion for serving her clients and her community. She is a proud resident of Keller, where she lives happily with her husband, William Gilpin.

In addition to her legal work, Ally is also actively involved in non-profit work, serving on the board of directors for both the Southlake Young Professionals and Taste of Southlake, where she volunteers her time to support local businesses and community events.

When she’s not working or volunteering, Ally enjoys spending time with her family and friends, including traveling to new and exciting destinations. She also has a variety of hobbies that she enjoys, such as pilates, pottery, and playing tennis.

With her combination of legal expertise and community involvement, Ally is a trusted and respected member of her local community, dedicated to serving the needs of her clients and making a positive impact in the world around her.

Daniel Paschke

Social Chair

Daniel advises families and businesses who seek straightforward strategies regarding asset protection, tax mitigation, wealth management/income distribution and estate planning. Together, they develop a holistic life plan designed to manage the decision-making processes to help minimize tax inefficiencies and maximize investment opportunities among all asset classes. Personally, Daniel met his wife, Krista, in Fort Worth in 2016. She is an Estate Planning attorney in Dallas, and they are both long-time members of Gateway Church. Daniel grew up playing football and running track in Southlake, where his family are still members of the community. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, throwing barbeques and going on hunting trips.

Bryan Walter

Professional Development Chair

Bryan Walter grew up in Southlake, Texas, and graduated from Southlake Carroll Senior High School. Bryan was a part of a group called SASO (student-athletes serving others) during High School. He then went on to the University of Arkansas and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minor in Information Systems in 2019.

After graduation, Bryan joined Matrix Commercial Group which is a full-service commercial real estate company located in Southlake, TX. He has been with the company for 2 years now specializing in a broad range of commercial real estate services including landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, property management, and global corporate services in the entire DFW area.

Clark Parr

Philanthropy Chair

Clark Parr is a Southlake Carroll alumnus now serving as a Commercial Risk Advisor for Swingle Collins & Associates. Clark and his team are responsible for the production and servicing of property and casualty insurance of middle-market companies. Clark’s focus is on providing an efficient total cost of risk for his clients. Primary areas of expertise include:

  • Identification of high-impact components within a risk management program
  • Providing risk management programs to improve the client’s bottom line
  • Consultation towards proper and effective risk transfer

As a nationally licensed commercial insurance broker, Clark’s specialty is in commercial property and construction insurance. Clark is a certified Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS). Clark earned his B.B.A. from Baylor University.
