Leadership Southlake is a premier leadership development program designed to educate, engage, and connect emerging and established leaders within the Southlake community. Since 1989, the program has provided participants with an in-depth look at the people, organizations, and issues that shape the quality of life in Southlake while fostering meaningful personal and professional growth.

This interactive ten-month program offers participants a behind-the-scenes perspective on topics including local government, economic development, public safety, healthcare, education, transportation, and community services. The program begins with an orientation in August and a full-day retreat in September, followed by monthly sessions led by community and business leaders.

In addition to learning about the inner workings of Southlake, participants collaborate on a class community service project that leaves a lasting impact on the community and creates a meaningful legacy for each class.

The 2026–2027 program begins in August 2026. Applications are due by Friday, July 3, 2026, and accepted applicants will be notified no later than Friday, July 31, 2026.

Tuition for the 2026–2027 Leadership Southlake program is $850, and class size is limited to 20 participants.
